  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be longer.
  • Packaging: We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All spices are packed in high-quality, durable packaging to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days from the date of dispatch.

Return Policy

At HIHA International, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 15 days of the purchase date.

Return Conditions:

  1. Eligibility:
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  2. Return Process:

    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Refund Process:
    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  5. Exceptions:
    • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
